“This decade is a shift toward self-evaluation. This requires the masses to experience unyielding surprises. In this way, every action counts. Every choice matters. Every devotion opens you to see who you can be.

“Simply, live as well as you know how as a person of respect. Live to be humbly aware of your talents, and their purpose in your life as the means for income.

“Life is an opportunity to learn how to use your wisdom. Life requires you to grab hold of your hope and never deny your value. Life gives you many avenues to share your own stories—so that those younger may see their own worth as well.

“Life is not for self alone. Life is a group experience. You are a part of a group mind. Every feeling you have is a part of the whole. Every thought is a part of all around you. Thoughts and feelings come from what you know by experience. Yet you can uplevel how you think and feel. You don’t need to merely respond based on past limitations. You can alter your understanding based on an opened insight into how all are a part of a whole.

“You do not exist alone. You are one of the body called humanity. Realize that you are a part of this evolving world and that what you feel—what you allow yourself to feel—shapes the total experience. Nothing you do is unnoticed. Everything you do has an effect—on the whole.

“Use this year to begin evaluating your role as a leader. For you are. If you were not, you would not be reading  this. By leader, we mean you humbly share yourself in whatever ways your Insight guides you. Every person has a story. Tell your story. Be unafraid. No one judges you if you are open. Be open and all will open their own hearts as well.

“How do you lead? Share your story. People want the truth. Be not afraid. People trust emotional honesty—because every person on Earth, every person, has the same hopes and the same fears. When you are honest with your own life challenges, others realize, ‘I am okay.’ That is being a leader.

“May this year bring you confidence. For with it, you can achieve anything you dream.”
